REGISTRATION BADGES & MATERIALS:
Worrying about meeting materials is a thing of the past! All registrants must pick up materials onsite using our fast and convenient eBadge Exchange process. You gain the flexibility of up-to-the-minute registration changes or corrections.
Badges are issued based on the registration category specified and are required for entry into all courses, events and the exhibit hall. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED – attendees will receive a barcoded email one week prior to the conference. Bring this email with you to the Casino lower level and the PRE-REGISTERED ATTENDEE SCANNING STATIONS. There you can scan the barcode and print your badge which will include course code(s) for admission to all your registered courses in lieu of tickets.
The Greater Philadelphia Valley Forge Dental Conference®/Second District Dental Association is an ADA/CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
The Greater Philadelphia Valley Forge Dental Conference®/Second District Dental Association programming is accepted by AGD for Fellowship/Mastership credits. GPVFDC will submit attendee credit information to AGD where appropriate membership number is provided when you log in for your CE Credits.
HOW TO GET YOUR CE CREDITS:
Proof of Attendance/CE Verification
CE verification is automatically provided for all course attendees. To receive CE credit, attendees must scan their badge at the entry door of the course. The system will then calculate attendance and appropriate CE credits per course. Attendees can obtain a printed CE Certificate following the conclusion of the course in the convenience of your home or office. (CE Certification printing not available onsite). PDA dentists are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of approved continuing education in dental-related subjects each biennium (current credits due March, 2023). Registered Dental Hygienists require 20 CEU’s and EFDA’s 10 CEU’s. Attendees can earn up to 20 credits at the GPVFDC.
In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we will not print handouts for the courses. Two weeks prior to the conference, we will include those course materials provided by your speaker(s) online to download and print. Visit the applicable Course Description page(s) for any required handouts.
HANDS-ON COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
Registrants may be required to bring instruments or other materials to the hands-on workshops. It is the responsibility of each registrant to visit the applicable Course Description page(s) online and/or their confirmation email carefully for equipment needed.
